Thinking about summer sun and having fun!!?? We got you UNCovered!

I don't know about you but I am craving sun & sand. Having that warm sun on my face & sand in my toes. Just sounds so incredible. Since I am stuck in the house, I decided to do some research and find some of the best beaches right here in the Great U.S.A.

At the top of the list for summer beach fun is in Oahu Hawaii.

#1 Kailua Beach Park has a beautiful beach. With soft waves, sand coral, swimming, and the kayaking is amazing! You can rent Kayaks. There is parking, bathrooms, and picnic tables as well as lifeguards on duty.

Check out the adorable village in Kailua for drinks and wonderful food.

#2 North Carolina's Outer Banks Ocracoke Beach. This beautiful beach is accessible only by boat, Ocracoke Island is an excellent spot for some truly undisturbed beach time. The small island has been separated from the rest of the world for centuries, because of that it has one of the most unique beach atmospheres found anywhere along the coastline.

3# Grayton Beach State Park which is in the Florida Pan handle. Beautiful pristine shoreline, cabins, campgrounds, trails over 4 miles including a coastal dune lake that you can fish and paddle board.

4# This beautiful Southhampton beach is in the top 10. Coopers Beach Beach offers sandy shores with the backdrop of nature and historic mansions. There are concessions, bathhouse, chair and umbrella rentals.

#5 Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaii Stunning park and Lagoon. Its location is a bit hidden, but worth the effort to locate it. There are two bodies of water accessible from this one beach: a protective break wall on the ocean side creates a sheltered cove, and a safe warm man-made lagoon to the other side of the beach offers a fun water playground space, with variety of equipment rentals.

6# Cape Cod Beach, beautiful powdery white sand, fresh cool ocean air, and clear saltwater. You may spot some seals. There are trails to walk or bike ride to the beach using the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

#7 Caladesi Island State Park with pristine beaches and gorgeous kayak trips in bayside mangrove forest,it will be unforgettable experience. Take a nature trail walk through the historic Scharrer Homestead through the island’s interior feel the ocean breeze through old-growth slash pines and feel the embrace of expansive live oaks.

8# Hāpuna Beach State Recreation Area is a large park and sandy beach. Hapuna offers some of the best conditions for swimming, bodyboarding, and sunbathing in the Hawaiian Islands. Hapuna (meaning “spring” or “pool” in Hawaiian) It offers nearly a half mile of immaculate white sand and continuous shore break that is great fun to play in.

#9 on our list is in California, located in San Diego. Coronado Beach featured in the movie "Some like it Hot" with the iconic Blonde Bombshell (like our fearless leader Sara) Marilyn Monroe and the incredible Hotel del Coronado. Hotel Coronado is the perfect summer getaway its a great place for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family beach vacation. The sparkling sandy beaches get their beauty from the mica minerals in its sand. It literally sparkles so come sparkle with it.

Finally our #10 is in the beautiful state of South Carolina. Beachwalker Park on Kiawah Island has both a ocean frontage and a river view. Just stunning views and spaces areas take your favorite fur baby for a stroll and or just relax on the gorgeous beach. Bathrooms and showers on site as well as you can rent lounge chairs.
