Assistant Inventory Manager
The Bad Habit is hiring an Assistant Inventory Manager to elevate our growing team. The successful candidate is a team player who is motivated and a self-starter. Under leadership guidance, an inventory assistant is responsible for meeting and exceeding a daily task list. This will include assisting the Inventory Manager in processing daily shipment, helping create and label for our LIVE SHOW Daily, unboxing new shipment, labeling and sticking all new product, putting away all new produce into a designated home, and inventory management and while being a working part of a positive, uplifting team.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including some weekends and holidays.

Operations:
- Understands and follows all company policies and procedures
- Performs inventory management task
- Works effectively with team members to ensure the warehouse is keep neat, clean and organized
- Demonstrates an interest level in understanding the relationship to inventory levels in order to assist in identifying needs with the Boutique Leadership Team
- Protects the physical assets of the boutique by participating in weekly audits, routine cycle counts, and an annual physical inventory
Qualifications:
- Detail Orientated
- Experience in a specialty retail store preferred
- Work in a fast pace work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to execute tasks efficiently
- Proactive and creative problem solving ability
- Flexible and adaptable
- Drive to go the extra mile
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
- Must be able to work alone
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
